I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our floor that was sanded and stained on July 11th and 12th!!! It looks fantastic!!! Alexis was a pleasure to deal with, so accommodating when my wife and I stopped by to look at stain samples. Chris and his crew are excellent. They installed new hardwood floors in the bedrooms and the den. The rest of the house had a 20yr old hardwood floor in bad condition. They refinished the whole floor (old and new) and the results were amazing, you can’t tell the difference between the old and new floor. They also helped me pick the color I needed to achieve the look I was looking for. Their customer service is the best and the cost was affordable. I had 3 quotes and they were the best in terms of cost, schedule and service. I am very picky and a perfectionist. They were able to answer all my questions and deliver all I requested. I am very pleased and I am not easy to please. I really recommend First Class Wood Flooring.

Everything went very well. This was the second time I used First Class and I was thoroughly satisfied as I was the first time. Responsive, prompt, neat, quality work and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Installed laminate, which included moving appliances and furniture. They also cut and installed the base molding we had never finished.
It went very well. Peter was wonderful, very professional, punctual. The owner, Chris, also worked with him, which was surprising, but nice. Rebecca in the.office is a gem and also very accommodating and professional. My impression overall was that they care about customers and each other, and all work well as a team.
